Break The Worry Trance™ is a 12 session coaching program based on best practices and research regarding what works in anxiety treatment and recovery. The Program is designed for anyone living with any of the following issues:

  • General and persistent anxiety;
  • Panic;
  • Obsessive and Compulsive behaviours;
  • Phobias; and/or
